Starting, purchasing or having an interest in a business can be of particular interest to migrants, as in certain situations this can assist them in gaining residency into Australia. Because of this we are actively involved in placing migrants into business and franchise opportunities throughout Australia.
A large number of business migrants identify that an established business or franchise represents a highly desirable option when investing into Australia. For many, an established business model incorporating proven systems and procedures can complement their business and visa requirements perfectly.
It is important to note that in most cases the business opportunity selected by the migrant will coincide with an application for residency in Australia. Given this, each business opportunity must not only represent a genuine and viable opportunity for the migrant but must also qualify as a suitable business vehicle to support the visa application. Combining these two qualities into a turn key solution for business migration is something that we specialise in and is what separates BzMark from other business consultancies.

We organise and conduct a range of seminars in and out of Australia. We have run a series of seminars on Starting and Buying Businesses in Australia out of the NSW Government offices in Martin Place, Sydney. Not only do we cater seminars to the needs of the business professionals, we also organise discussions and workshop sessions to update migration professionals on the latest developments in business migration, Australian investment opportunities and the wide range of services provided by BzMark.
On invitation, we travel overseas to present information on business visas to selected groups of people, in conjunction with migration professionals.

Information on responses to rejections from State Governments & DHA.
Due to our vast experience in business, we are well placed to assist migration agents with formulating formal responses to rejections or requests for further information from Government bodies. In many cases, our assistance clarifies the position of the applicant and the visa process can continue on its path.
Where DHA or State Governments require clarifications on the performances of the applicant’s business, we review the business performance and outlook before we draft a comprehensive response.

Business research tours are become increasingly popular and can be separated into two categories:
Individual tours are specifically designed in conjunction with the migration professional in support of the various State Sponsored visas. They compliment the genuine intention of the business migrant and the results of the tour are included in the body of the business plan. These tours are valuable in such that they give credibility to the seriousness of the migrant and provide useful information, research and build local networks.
Typically these tours take one full day. We conduct initial research, set up meetings with suppliers, potential customers, industry associations, State Government etc. The day is fully organised for the business migrant(s) (We can facilitate up to 3 people per group).
Group tours are designed for overseas business people who wish to migrate to Australia at some time in the future and undertake preliminary research into an industry of interest. BzMark organise regular 2, 3 or 5 days research tours for up to 8 guests to investigate industries such as property, Hotels/motels, resource mines, restaurants, news agencies etc. These tours are fully organised including meals and accommodation.

More information in the preparation of business proposal & training plans for employer sponsored visas.
Employer sponsored visas are used to attract skilled migrants to assist local businesses with employment that cannot be otherwise sourced locally.
Many visas are granted each year and often attract fierce political debate, resulting in regular changes in policy around these visa types. BZMark prides itself on staying informed of current policy and being in the position to immediately alter our products and services to match these changes at short notice.
The business proposals we prepare for skilled migration purposes are comprehensive and uniquely structured around the specific business circumstances, outlining the need for paid employee and sponsorship of a particular applicant.
The typical content of these documents will cover pertinent information on company’s core business, personnel, business strategy, need for sponsorship, specific job descriptions, market salary research, labour market testing, common law employment contract, etc.
Each business case overview is professionally presented and designed to adhere to the specific migration criteria on one end and commercial logic on the other
Please enquire through info@bzmark.com.au for a specific visa questionnaire.
State-sponsored visas, like employer-sponsored pathways, are subject to ongoing changes. We stay informed on the latest updates and emerging trends to ensure our clients have the most current and relevant information to secure state nomination successfully.
We specialise in preparing business proposals and visa-supporting documentation that demonstrate the genuine intentions of migrants. With nearly two decades of experience and a strong track record of success, we’ve helped clients navigate complex migration pathways with confidence.
One of the keys to successfully applying for these state sponsorship business visas is to ensure that the proposed Australian businesses are in line with the experience and skills of the business migrant. We at BzMark will assist in designing a business proposal that not only ensures that it is in the interest of the business migrant by having the best chance of starting and building a viable business, but also benefits the State where the business migrant wishes to reside in.
The business plans and business proposals that we prepare for this set of state sponsorship business visas are uniquely designed to present the skills of the business migrant and clearly set out the desired business and industry the migrant wishes to invest in. The business plans and business proposals are comprehensive and cover all the business information requirements of the various State Governments, including detailed research and a full set of financial information.
Once the business questionnaire and resume templates are completed for the applicant, we are able to complete the business proposal or business plan in most cases within 10 working days.
We can also assist with the completion of the various State Government business parts of the applications.
As the State Governments will only sponsor genuine applicants, we also facilitate business research tours that assist the business migrant with obtaining hands on market research for the industry of interest and in support of the business plan or business proposal.
